Can you quote my project from photos instead of an on-site visit?

Larger homes, detailed prep work, repairs, or commercial projects typically require an on-site visit. If additional evaluation is needed, we’ll schedule a free on-site estimate to ensure accuracy.
How long does it take to receive an estimate?
Most estimates are completed within 24–48 hours, depending on project scope and whether an on-site visit is needed.
Do you require a deposit?
In most cases, yes. A deposit is typically required to secure your spot on the schedule, with the remaining balance due upon project completion and final walkthrough. All payment terms are clearly outlined in your proposal before you move forward.
Before We Arrive
Will you move furniture?
We definitely want to make the process as easy as possible for you! To ensure we can paint every corner of your space efficiently, we generally handle the heavy lifting when it comes to larger furniture items.
Here is how we typically approach it:
Large Furniture: Our team will carefully move heavier pieces, like sofas, tables, or bookshelves, to the center of the room and protect them with clean plastic sheeting.
Small & Fragile Items: We kindly ask that you clear away smaller items like electronics, lamps, wall art, and fragile collectibles before we arrive.
Safety & Efficiency: By clearing the space, we ensure a safer work environment for our crew and better protection for your most delicate belongings.
We’ll discuss the specifics of your layout during our walkthrough so there are no surprises on project day.
What prep do you need from me?
- We ask that small or fragile items be cleared from the work area before we arrive. Larger furniture can typically remain in place — our team will carefully move and protect it as needed.
- We handle surface preparation, including covering floors, masking trim, and protecting your belongings. Any project-specific prep requirements will be reviewed with you in advance so everything is clear before work begins.

Are you insured and do you offer a warranty?

- Our warranty covers issues such as peeling or blistering caused by application defects. We also use high-quality, durable products and follow detailed prep and application standards to ensure long-lasting results. Warranty terms are clearly reviewed during your estimate so you know exactly what’s covered before the project begins.

We primarily work with Sherwin-Williams products and can provide guidance based on lighting, finishes, durability needs, and how each space is used. While we’re not interior designers, we help simplify the decision process by narrowing options and flagging what tends to work well in real homes.
Because color can look very different depending on lighting, surrounding finishes, and time of day, we strongly recommend testing sample colors directly on your walls before making a final decision. Final color selections are always approved by the homeowner prior to painting.
